A PERMANENTLY UNFINISHED ARCHIVE

A permanently unfinished archive is an ongoing photographic series, made up of small interventions and situations we found in public space, in different cities.

STEREOTYPES (home) is a reflection on the idea of stereotypes and in this specific case on the idea of house. The image is a readymade, we found it on a lateral wall of a building in Tirana (Albania). Tirana is a city that is living a wild urbanization, due to various factors, as the migration of people from all the parts of Albania. New buildings are everywhere in the perimeter of the city and in the suburbs overlapping one to the other, sometimes taking the place of old, small houses, than in some cases, before disappearing completely, leaves a memory of their existence.
